Our Expertise Is Growing

Sequence is excited to announce three key leadership promotions aligned with our core offerings – creating customer experience and digital products. As a result of their exemplary contributions, Cheryn Flanagan, Espen Tuft and Tim Fisher are receiving Vice President titles and new charters to drive our business and these offerings forward.

Cheryn Flanagan (formerly Managing Creative Director and Visual Design Lead) is now co-leading the growth of the Customer Experience offering as a Vice President of Customer Experience. In her new role, Cheryn will oversee strategy, program delivery, hiring, thought leadership and process creation for Customer Experience. Cheryn will also continue to manage the visual design discipline and oversee key accounts. Cheryn has nearly 20 years of expertise designing digital and service experiences for an extensive client list. In her spare time, she is an independent book publisher and an award-winning travel writer. We are eager to watch her succeed as a VP of Customer Experience.

Tim Fisher (formerly Account Director), will be teaming up with Cheryn as her counterpart and our second Vice President of Customer Experience. Tim will be responsible for Customer Experience business development, client management and marketing. He will also continue to play an Account Director role on key accounts. We are thrilled to bring Tim’s special blend of strategic vision, business acumen, and creative vision to his new role. Drinking copious amounts of coffee and drumming in a funk band keeps Tim’s energy up for the task ahead.

Espen Tuft (formerly Managing Creative Director and IXD Lead), will now lead the growth of Sequence’s Digital Products offering as the Vice President of Digital Products. Espen will oversee Digital Products strategy, program delivery, hiring, thought leadership, marketing, process creation and business development. He will also continue to manage the interaction design discipline and oversee key accounts. Espen brings a unique blend of traditional product design principles and cutting-edge design chops, and we can’t wait to see how he applies them to his new role.
Please join us in congratulating Cheryn, Tim and Espen on the roles they have played here at Sequence and will continue to play in the growth of the Customer Experience and Digital Products offerings.
